Luther realized that each person is saved by his/ her own faith and later Luther and others worked to bring the Bible, the Word of God, to the people, because the Catholic Church (and other entities) used ignorance to control masses (fear, indulgences, guilt, etc). Today lack of knowledge of Bible comes not from an entity, but from within the people who daily choose not to read the Bible. As a result we come to the same ignorance. Because we don’t know what is written in the Bible we have fallen into thinking that each of us can have to his/ her own opinion and only the experts can really know (scholars, scientists, etc). Everyone has their own beliefs and opinions, everyone argues and proves, and circles are formed for likeminded people. But often that causes us to depart from the Word of God. God gave us His Word so each of us is saved by our own faith. Do not settle for an opinion, even if it’s a good, one and it resonates in your heart. Read the Bible. Know the Truth.
